Out of Lucy's pups...... Ruguer and Wesson look almost identical. They only way we can tell them apart is by the color of their collars. But if you spend some time.... and flirt - Ruguer knows your playing and will sit back and be vocal with you! He throws his head back and barks- then does a baby howl.....to acknowledge that you are being silly with him.  He is 'The Flirt'. He likes toys, playing with the other pups, and is a total lover with you (because you singled him out and flirted). He likes to be held, cuddled, and gives tons of kisses to your face.  His true personality really wants to come out and play - but needs to feel safe..... in order to do so. This sweet boy is going to develop a very Strong and Reliable bond with whomever chooses to love him!
