In families..... we tend to keep the Crystal.
It is considered special - a family heirloom, has history, and is passed down for others to cherish and appreciate. It may be rough around the edges- but it's beauty and shine..... always surpasses time. Crystal is almost priceless.

This special girl, was quite like that. She was owned by a breeder in Iowa for eight years. A treasure. She is AKC registered, bred over and over, producing some champions for him.. But when her owner was done with her..... he just took her to an auction and if he did not get any money for her - she would simply be killed. After a long day, at the auction in Missouri - no one had bid on sweet Crystal. Someone stepped-up and offered to save her life...... and contacted a volunteer of FSSR. Sweet girl was saved by a stranger- just so that she would not die! We are blessed to have been able to help her.

Crystal is a very good girl. Crate-trained, potty-trained, walks great on the leash, and likes the company of other dogs

She is as bright as the sun shinning though a clean window.... but a little rough around those edges- that were cut, just as you might think. She has never really experienced LOVE.

She loves people, likes to be rubbed and touched, and knows what squeaky toys are all about. She just needs someone to SHOW her how a dog should be loved, hugged, and cherished...... to "Sparkle" again.

This dog, gave half of her life..... to a human that was using her. And then tossed her out like rubbish.

We think that's just garbage! Crystal is a very special dog that has waited a very long time to LOVE someone and BE loved. What an amazing thing that will be!!!! She wants to show you.

More than a piece of glass to pass on to family......This Crystal will be a beautiful story of love, to share.......forever and ever.
