Free Spirit Siberian Rescue is a non-profit organization of volunteers working to reduce the number of homeless Siberian Huskies in Illinois and surrounding areas, while also improving the welfare of all domestic animals by way of education. Free Spirit Siberian Rescue works to foster respect, understanding and compassion for all creatures, and the belief that all life is valuable and worthy of protection.
Due to cost increases in vet care and fuel prices, we have to unfortunatley announce a change in adoption fees:
Puppies
up to one year are $350
Adults
1 yr to 7 years are $300
Adults
8 years and over are $250
On May 10 from 10:00am to 4pm, the 4th Annual Siberian Stroll is coming to Rush Creek Conservation District, 20501 Maguire Road, Harvard, IL, 60033. This is one of our biggest fundraisers with a wonderful walk in the woods, a potluck lunch (see our flyer and registration form for more information), vendors including a pet photographer and pet communicator, agility and pulling demos, and a talk by Jim Ottoson, dog behaviorist and champion obedience trainer.
